I've got tons of emails to read and everyone of them expected me to reply. I just cleared them all. 9.30am- was asked for a meeting for claims and GP report. I was asked to project out my report in the meeting room and I was totally lost where I cant think where to find the projector cable, where to pluck in, what button should I hit to connect........

Have I really lose my Granny.......
